In tribute to Mothers Day and the maternal and nurturing energy we all possess, here is the message for the day
.
Let everyone (yes, I mean everyone) you care about know that you are there for them.

For decades of working with people in therapy, coaching, and consulting I have found that nothing is of more importance than letting those you care about know you are there for them, they are unconditionally loved, and they are never alone.
And over the past 10 years or so, this issue has skyrocketed in my opinion.

And this goes for – (not just, but certainly included) – your immediate and extended family, friends, mentors, and even colleagues etc…
Family extends way further and deeper – than just those persons you may share a blood connection or a home at one time.

And please do not assume they know you are there for them and unconditionally love them because more often than not, they do not!
And if they do know you do, well that’s a gift that keeps on giving for real.
And you can hope they actually will “Re-Gift” this to others that need to hear and feel this message.

What I have seen is loneliness and anxiety are at epidemic levels now.
Speak and share love often with all of your tribe – family, friends, mentors, colleagues, neighbors, etc….
Do not hold back. Silence that little insecure voice in your head that tries to hold you back from sharing with others.
We all need each other! And we need each other now!

HAPPY MOTHERS DAY!
Kindly and Empathically,
Joe
