Internally walk away from this perspective into the kindest most balanced version of You.
Just see.. Just feel what this is like for you. Watch over time how others respond to you. See over time how all scenarios you are in begin to calm starting with the inside version of you.
You see, by taking small steps like this, we remind our mind and whole system that we have the ultimate control over how we respond. The voices in our head that want to continue to argue, put down, judge, and chatter are actually the true mirages in our mind – not the truth that our Egos would try to convince us.
But to prove it to ourselves from the inside out, we must take inner then outer actions that reflect a more internally balanced version of who we are – the one that is capable of loving and giving freely without needing any certain conditions met….
